Weekly Monday Motivation Live call where our community gathers every monday for Samuel Ray to go over strategies of development. A time to ground into our core value pillars so that we can approach the week with a plan of action. A plan that is promoted and supported by absorbing a mindful and motivated mindset! Lastly, a time where we place all accountability into ourselves, we are in control of what we produce and Samuel Ray helps coach us on what to exactly focus on in the week!
Weekly Movements of Focus, which are sent out to help us move with literal intention and correct imbalances. When we are made aware of what we start to look like in our day, we can then perform key movements to help restore our overall physical and mental/ emotional postures.
Weekly Motivational Quotes that are sent out to help you remain conscious of your actions. To help remind us to connect to what is Real such as the love we have for ourselves, to take care of ourselves at the highest levels and that it is a gift to ourselves to remind us of all that we have instead of dropping into a frequency of what we don't!
Weekly Self Care Tips, in which Samuel Ray will be sending out tools and practices to help with topics over sleep, wake up rituals, stress support, skin care, gut health, workouts to try and nutritional topics to learn about and implement.
A Weekly Recipe will be sent out to the community each week to help our tribe connect to their cooking. Knowing exactly what you place into your body will produce monumental results in your overall health. This will be a great tool to help you commit to easy, super flavorful and nutritionally dense meals you personally will create!
Package 2: One on One Coaching
One on One weekly Calls to go over specific detailed meal plans, lifestyle development plans and to help tap into growth at a one on one level. This is personal time with our leader Samuel Ray to create a hyper support system into your goals and lifestyle development.
Specialized meal plan showcasing meal timing, food combinations with specific portions and how to create each meal/ recipe detailed information included.
Specialized time to gain extra focus, motivation and education on how to build your healthy lifestyle!
45 minutes of diving deep into your goals each week!
Private physical training via zoom can be an additional add on each week! Move and train without pain and with intention!
